ARIA (Actionable, Reviewable, Iterative Advice)
When forming Quocirca, we were objective about the benefits customers were receiving in terms of return on their investment when dealing with an analyst organisation. We also looked at what they were missing out on. By taking the demonstrable benefits and stripping out the negatives, we formed the basis of our unique approach. We are project based - not retained - which enables us to tailor our work to meet our customers’ specific needs. Most importantly, Quocirca has developed what is now a widely respected methodology, ARIA - Actionable, Reviewable, Iterative Advice. This methodology was designed to ensure that our customers gain meaningful information as rapidly as possible.
Actionable
Research and analysis can often provide theoretical rather than practical results, but Quocirca ensures that its advice can be translated directly into meaningful business actions. Quocirca does not wait until the end of the project to present its customers with the advice they need. Right from the outset, Quocirca works to get them the information they need, as they need it.
Reviewable
Projects are run in stages, enabling customers to review progress at all times. Priorities can be re-set at any time, ensuring that the results of the work are always aimed to provide maximum benefit to the customer.
Iterative
Quocirca provides its customers with waves of information at regular, agreed intervals. This enables them to decide whether it would be useful to spend extra time spent on drilling down to further levels of detail. Again, this ensures that the maximum amount of effort is spent on providing the information our customers require.
As a result of using the ARIA methodology, we ensure that our customers can begin to implement solutions rapidly based on the information we provide. They are always in control and can re-prioritise as the incoming information refines their view or changes their needs.
