• The application of technology to "IP over IP" - the protection of intellectual property over a converged network
• The social aspects of new media and social networking
• Managing technical systems for business value, including software asset management, contextual reporting on technical issues through to the business (cost impact reporting, etc)
• The use of mobile, laptop-based  solutions within the organisation
• Covergence issues with usage of VoIP and Video
